Su Perisi Hotel Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Clarification Text
As Su Perisi Hotel, we respect and care about the private life of our guests. Therefore, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
a) Data Controller
Su Perisi Hotel (“Melissa Yatırım Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti.”) is the data controller responsible for the protection and processing of your personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation.
b) Categories of Personal Data Processed
In accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation, your personal data including identity, contact, financial information, transaction security, marketing information, call center voice recordings, physical space security (security camera recordings), accommodation information, vehicle license plate information and weapon information are processed.
c) Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
– Providing hotel services and in this context, carrying out processes related to reservation, accommodation registration and services
– Provision of SPA services
– Registration in online software systems for the execution of sales and marketing policies
– Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction
– Collection and evaluation of complaints and suggestions regarding services
– Planning and execution of market research activities
– Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of persons in business relations
– Controlling hotel entrances and exits and ensuring physical space security
– Execution of information security processes
– Ensuring the security of data controller operations
– Execution of activities in accordance with the legislation
– Follow-up and execution of legal affairs
– Conducting finance and accounting affairs
d) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Your personal data may be shared with third parties for the following purposes:
– With the General Directorate of Security in order to fulfill our legal obligations
– Notaries, execution offices and/or courts within the scope of collection of fees for services
– With the relevant public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations
– In case of emergencies related to your health condition, you may contact the relevant company and/or organization
– With the contracted company(s) in order to provide maintenance-support services for our systems
– With our lawyers for the follow-up of legal processes
e) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods in accordance with Article 5 (2) of the LPPD and other relevant legislation:
– Filling out forms, sending e-mails, contacting by phone call, visiting the website and contacting via social media platforms
– Business card sharing on online sales platforms, tourism agencies, organization companies, fair or seminar visits
– Security camera records in facility entrance-exit and common areas
f) Your Rights under Article 11 of the LPPD
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights as a data subject. In order to exercise these rights, by filling out the Data Subject Application Form:
– By coming to our company in person
– In order to determine your identity, in writing, through a notary public or by registered letter with return receipt
– You can send an e-mail to info@superisiotel.com using secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address registered in our systems.
g) Retention Period of Personal Data
Our Company deletes, destroys or anonymizes personal data upon the disappearance of the purpose of processing personal data or the expiration of the mandatory retention periods determined within the scope of laws and relevant legislation.
h) Changes and Updates
This clarification text has been prepared within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation. Necessary changes may be made in this text in line with the relevant legislation and/or changes in the Company’s personal data processing purposes and policies.
